In 2000, the state of Minnesota was selected to be part of the first year of the HRSA SPG program. The state received a grant to:

  • Study the uninsured (telephone survey and employer survey);
  • Analyze the private health insurance market; and
  • Examine unique circumstances of several groups using the focus group.
