In 2000, Wisconsin received HRSA SPG funds to enhance their Family Health Survey (FHS), purchase a MEPS-IC component for the state, and reevaluate the state's current public-private partnership design.
In 2005, Wisconsin was awarded a HRSA pilot grant to research and develop a plan to expand BadgerCare to children (under the age of 21) to 300 percent FPL, and to develop a BadgerCare health insurance premium payment (HIPP) model for children above 300 percent FPL.
